Lhamo Lhatso is the holiest lake in Tibet. Main visions to be there to see the holy lake, including those relationg to the reincarnations of the highest Lamas. It is believed that the reincarnation clues for every Living Buddha, like Dalai Lama or Panchen Lama, is appointed to a senior monk to practice prediction by the lake and got a hint from the Heaven. The lake is located in Gyatsa country and it is an alititude of 4000m. This trekking used to take 4-5 days. Lhamo Lhatso Lake is called "the Spirit of the Celestial Maid Lake", which is most famous lake in Tibet. It covers an area of one sq. km in egg-shaped. Nearby the lake are the large relics of architectural complex of the Chokorgyal Monastery. This Trekking is very famous in Tibet due to Lhamo Lhatso Lake.

Lhamo Lhatso Trekking Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 01. Arrive at Kathmandu Airport:
You will be met by our airport representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about Tibet tour after refreshment.

Day 02. Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu:
Kathmndu Valley sightseeing tour including Kathmandu durbar square, Patan durbr square, Baudhnath Stupa, Swayabhu Nath, Pashupatinath Temple and Preparation for Lhamo Lhatso Trekking.

Day 03. Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa:
Pick you up from the Lhasa Gonggar airport by our representative and drive to Lhasa.

Day 04. Sightseeing tour in Lhasa.

Day 05. Sightseeing tour in Lhasa.

Day 06. Drive from Lhasa to Tsethang via Yambulagang and Tibetan kings tombs.

Day 07. Drive from Tsethang to Gyantse.

Day 08. Drive from Gyantse to Chokorgyal Monastery. Overnight at camp

Day 09. Starting your Trek form Chokorgyal to Under Pass. Overnight at Camp

Day 10. Trekking from Under pass to Lake. Overnight at Camp

Day 11. Rest day and explore a day around the Lake. Overnight at Camp

Day 12. Trekking from Lake to Chokorgyal Monastery.

Day 13. Drive from Chokorgyal to Tsethang.

Day 14. Drive from Tsethang to Lhasa Gonggar airport and fly to Kathmandu.
